Orders are packed securely to protect all components.
A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
*Please note that customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees & Taxes

Our shipping fees include:

✔ taxes and duties imposed by your country’s customs, where applicable

You will not need to pay additional taxes on delivery unless your country imposes unexpected charges outside standard regulations.

4. Combined Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once all items arrive.

If you prefer separate shipments, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

All shipments are insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will assist with replacement or compensation through the insurer.
