Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.
 

1. No Returns or Refunds for Opened Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for any opened or used items.
 

2. Unopened Items

2.1 You may request a return or refund only if the item is:
✔ completely unopened
✔ in its original condition
✔ requested within 7 days of receiving your order

2.2 Refunds will be processed 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the item.
 

3. Pre-Order Items

3.1 Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once purchased, as your unit is specially reserved.
3.2 Refunds are only possible if the item is:
✔ delivered, and
✔ remains unopened

4. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing pieces, contact us within 48 hours with a photo or video.
We will:

  • replace the item, OR

  • replace the missing pieces, OR

  • issue a refund (if replacement is unavailable)

5. Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Return & Refund Policy for International Orders

*Please note that all international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for overseas shipments.

Reason: International shipping fees are often higher than the price of the product itself, making returns impractical.

If a customer insists on returning an item, the following conditions apply:

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

  • We will only refund the price paid for the product, not the original shipping or handling fees.

  • The returned item must be received in its original condition before any refund is processed.

We strongly encourage international customers to review their order carefully before purchasing to avoid any inconvenience.
