Pre-Order Shipping
This is a pre-order item. Shipping starts early April.

General Shipping Details

• All shipments are fully insured.

• Orders are packed carefully to protect all components.

• Tracking number will be provided once the parcel is shipped.

• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping (excluding any customs delays, which may vary by country).

• Shipping prices may be slightly higher due to insured shipping and faster delivery times.

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together unless you prefer separate shipments (additional fees may apply).

Return & Refund Policy

We currently do not accept returns or refunds for opened items.

Unopened Items

• You may request a return or refund only if the product is completely unopened and in its original condition.

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Once we receive and verify the unopened item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once purchased, as they are specially reserved for you.

• Refunds are only possible if the item remains unopened after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo or video.

• We’ll replace the item or offer a refund (depending on stock).

Reason: International shipping fees are often higher than the price of the product itself, making returns impractical.

If a customer insists on returning an item, the following conditions apply:
