By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

1. Non-Cancellable

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once purchased because your unit is reserved in advance.

2. Estimated Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays.

3. Combined Shipments

If the order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together unless you request separate shipments (extra fees apply).

4. Refunds

Refunds for pre-order items are only allowed if:

• The item has been delivered, and

• The item remains unopened, and

• The unopened item is returned to us in its original condition.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Changes to Product or Packaging

Minor manufacturing or packaging adjustments may occur.
