1. Eligibility

1.1. Membership is free and open to all customers with a registered account on Just Another Moment.

1.2. Only one account per customer is allowed.

2. Earning Moment Miles

2.1. Members earn 1 Mile for every S$1 spent (excluding shipping and taxes).

2.2. Miles are awarded only for completed, paid orders.

2.3. Cancelled or refunded orders will have Miles deducted.

2.4. Birthday bonus Miles are credited automatically once per year.

3. Tier Structure

3.1. Tier status is based on total accumulated Miles.

Seed – 0 Miles

Sprout – 500 Miles

Sapling – 1,000 Miles

Tree – 2,500 Miles

3.2. Tier status is valid for 12 months from the date the tier is achieved.

3.3. To maintain a tier, members must meet the same Miles requirement within the next 12 months.

3.4. If the required Miles are not earned within the validity period: Members will be downgraded to the tier that matches their actual Miles earned in the past 12 months.

3.5. Tier reviews occur automatically and may take up to 48 hours to update.

4. Redeeming Miles

4.1. Miles may be redeemed for discounts according to the member’s current tier:

Seed – 100 Miles = S$1

Sprout – 90 Miles = S$1

Sapling – 80 Miles = S$2

Tree – 50 Miles = S$2

4.2. Miles cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.3. Discounts cannot exceed the order subtotal.

4.4. Miles used in a redemption are deducted immediately and cannot be restored.

5. Perks & Rewards

5.1. Perks differ by tier and may include early access, early launch invitations, priority support, and voting rights.

5.2. Tree tier members receive additional benefits such as:
- Exclusive or limited edition merchandise
- Digital VIP badge

- Newsletter shoutout

- Collaboration invitations for new launches

5.3. Perks have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5.4. Limited edition or exclusive items are subject to availability.

6. Digital VIP Badge

6.1. The digital badge is a visual icon displayed within the member’s account dashboard.

6.2. The badge is granted only to Tree tier members.

6.3. Badge display is automatic and cannot be transferred or used outside the account.

 

7. Newsletter Shoutout

7.1. Tree members may be featured in newsletters as part of the “Tree VIP Spotlight.”

7.2. Shoutouts may include first name and initial only (e.g., “Amanda L.”) or the Registered Company Name.

7.3. Members may opt out anytime by emailing customer support.

 

8. Collaboration Invitations

8.1. Tree members may receive invitations to participate in surveys, design voting, or product feedback.

8.2. Participation is optional and does not guarantee implementation of input.

8.3. Just Another Moment reserves the right to limit or modify collaboration activities.

9. Miles Expiry

9.1. Moment Miles do not expire.

9.2. Miles remain in the member’s account indefinitely unless the account is closed or found to be in violation of program rules.

9.3. Tier status may reset, but accumulated Miles will stay available for redemption.

 

10. Account Misuse

10.1. Fraudulent activity including duplicate accounts, fake purchases, or manipulation, may result in Miles cancellation or account suspension.

10.2. Just Another Moment reserves the right to review or verify any member activity.

 

11. Program Changes

11.1. Just Another Moment may amend, suspend, or terminate the Moment Miles program at any time.

11.2. Changes will be announced on the official website.

11.3. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
